How quickly will I get a reply?
Most messages get a reply within one business day. Including your platform (web, Android or Windows) and what you were trying to do helps us answer faster.
How do I export or delete my data?
You can export your data at any time from within the app. For account or data deletion, email our privacy address and we will action it — your business data belongs to you.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Email support with your platform, what you were doing, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps (please don’t include passwords). We read every report.
Do you help with setup and importing my data?
Yes. If you get stuck adding products, importing an Excel sheet or setting opening balances, email support and we will walk you through it.
